I spent over 30 years in marketing, including leading digital strategy for a multi-billion pound business. So yes, I understand proper marketing strategy, not just posting a nice quote and hoping the algorithm takes pity on us.
But I’ve also built businesses from scratch myself, including a multi-million pound property business, so I know what it feels like when there’s no marketing department, no big team and no one else coming to rescue the to-do list.
